Twist Museum

Twist Museum, London's Home of Illusions, students enjoy an exciting educational journey, exploring the fascinating science behind illusions.

Twist stands for ‘The Way I See Things’; through this lens you will take your students on an exciting educational journey, exploring the fascinating science behind illusions, gaining insight into how they mould our senses and can enhance our understanding of the world around us.

Interactive exhibits provide the perfect backdrop for cross-curricular learning, with exhibits linking to specific learning objectives within the national curriculum. Our School Resource Pack ensures that Twist learning continues in the classroom with subject specific activities and illusions to complete, to build on the learning and enthusiasm gained from the trip.

Developed in collaboration with experts in art, psychology, and neuroscience, and with an educational framework developed in consultation with Fiona MacPherson - Professor of Philosophy at the University of Glasgow, our education programme uses our interactive exhibits and exclusive learning resources, developed in collaboration with Science Magician Dr Matt Pritchard, to engage students in the curriculum and foster active learning that ensures continued enthusiasm in the classroom.
