Patchwork lets people come together online to fundraise for schools and other organisations.
PATCHWORK SCHOOL EVENTS AND FUNDRAISING
Organising a school fair, event or PTA project? Use the Patchwork platform to engage families and raise funds whilst keeping things super simple and fun! From a patchwork of images visitors can choose to contribute cash, time or skills to help make your event a success. All funds raised go direct to you via PayPal and/or Stripe.
PATCHWORK - Make planning your next school fair or PTA event easy.
STYLISH EVENT TEMPLATES - Customise a template to share with parents, or create your own from scratch.
FUND MAKE DO - Collect money, plan activities, receive offers of help or donations of items, and organise ticket sales.
MONEY DIRECT TO YOU - Collect cash contributions direct to your PayPal and/or Stripe account.
SAY THANK YOU - Keep track of payments, who’s doing what and send thanks afterwards.
Browse Patchwork's many school event templates and choose a readymade patchwork to customise. Or you can create your own from scratch. With Patchwork you can ask parents and carers to contribute money, purchase tickets, take part in activities, and more! For example, if you want to organise a virtual Summer Fair, you could include the option for people to ‘dare a teacher’, take part in a virtual bake-off, play games to win prizes, or chip in £5 towards fundraising for some new equipment.
Patchwork is not tied to any suppliers and they don't hold your funds. Instead all money goes directly into your PayPal account or your bank account via Stripe so you can spend it when, where and how you like.
It's super easy to keep track of contributions and offers of help. Names, email addresses and details of who’s doing what are recorded in your Patchwork account so you can keep everyone up to date and say thanks when the big event is over.
NEW! Patchwork is excited to offer their affiliate programme to schools. When a school signs up to be a Patchwork affiliate partner they are given two benefits:
1) They refund 50% of their usual fee back to the school - this happens at time of payments being made so in effect any contributions on a school fair or school event are only charged 1.5% instead of the usual 3%
2) Any families that then go on to create their own personal patchwork for a birthday or other occasion will generate income for the school by splitting 50% of the revenue with their school. This is tracked via a unique link which is sent to the school signing up.
“It was so easy to build the Patchwork page and our virtual summer fair looks instantly engaging and attractive. We’ve been able to put together a fun mix of real events and ways of simply donating. It has really captured all our imaginations and we’ve managed to re-create that wonderful community spirit.” - Kate Frood, Eleanor Palmer School
