Dance Days

Dance workshops for schools since 2013. Bring your topics and celebrations to life with over 30 dance styles to choose from.

Dance Days provides educational dance workshops for schools. Their workshops are tailored to meet your school’s needs. Dance Days can showcase over 30 dance styles linking to the curriculum, world events and celebrations. This will enhance your pupils’ learning outside of the classroom and help boost physical activity and wellbeing in a non-traditional way.

Dance Days has a calendar full of topics which promote learning through Dance. Dance can be used to boost learning, improve mental and physical wellbeing and build confidence whilst learning new skills. The topics which are included in the calendar includes events such as Black History Month, Diwali, Christmas, Lunar New Year, World Book Day, St Patrick’s Day, VE Day, The World Cup and many more.

Dance Days also provides a number of off-topic styles such as street dance and musicals. They have worked with schools running themed events such as multicultural, international and healthy/PE/sports weeks and day of languages. You can also pick and mix the styles to build your very own Dance Day. You can find a full list of workshops on their website.

The children at Whitehill Primary School absolutely loved their dance workshops today with Shannon. We will definitely be booking again next year!’ Whitehill Primary School And Nursery

The workshop was excellent and Leah was a fantastic teacher. The children were highly engaged and were able to produce really good dance routines. Our Year 5 teacher said he would love to work with Dance Days again!’ Southwark Primary School

We had two full days of workshops for all year groups starting from Nursery up to Year 6. Louise was our Dance teacher and she delivered amazing African workshops. The children loved their workshop and enjoyed learning new dance moves. There was a clear progression amongst the year groups allowing all children to learn about the African dance style. I would recommend Dance Days and can't wait to have them return in the next academic year.’ Warren Wood Primary School
