Children's Air Ambulance

A lifesaving transfer service for critically ill babies and children. When a child is too sick to travel, we can fly medical teams and bespoke equipment to them from across the UK.

The Re-Use department places clothing re-use banks where your donations help to stock our retail stores and keep our service flying and saving little lives. By hosting and donating to our clothing banks you are helping to divert textiles from landfill whilst supporting a critical care service which receives no government funding. If your school would like to be involved, please contact us for further information.

It is amazing what the Childrens Air Ambulance does, especially as it is all made possible by voluntary donations. Not only did being transferred on the helicopter make a difference to my daughter, but it also helped me at a time I was very stressed and exhausted. The re-use clothing banks are such a vital source of income for the charity, so hosting one means you could be helping to save a young childs, life like my daughters. – Cara Marchant, mother of former Childrens Air Ambulance patient
