We’re inviting primary school children to get creative and design a cover image for the spring issue of PTA+ magazine to be published in January. Designs should be based around the theme of school gardens – think bountiful produce, glorious flowers and the beauty of nature.
The winning pupil's school will also win a self-build bench kit from Pentagon Play, worth over £600! A team-building project for your Y6 children and a lasting legacy for your school garden.
All children can enter – the more entries from your school, the greater chance you'll win. Inspire and encourage each other by sharing artwork on your PTA and school social media.
To help your mini-artists, we've produced a template and instructions for you to print at home.
How to send your entries
Post your artwork to:
Front cover competition, PTA+ magazine, Community Inspired Ltd, Unit 2, Bulrushes Farm, Coombe Hill Road, East Grinstead, West Sussex RH19 4LZ. Artwork must be sent by post.
Entries must include:
Child's name, age and parent or guardian's contact details (email and telephone number).
Important: Designs should not incorporate reflective material (such as tin foil, metallic paints or pens) as we cannot reproduce these in print. See template for full information.
Entries must reach us by Friday 5 November 2021. Read our terms and conditions. Unfortunately, we are not able to return any entries we receive. We only pass your contact details to the supplier for fulfilment if you win a prize. We do not share your data with third parties.
Our guest judge
Dominic Turner, marketing director at Pentagon Play, will be helping us judge the competition. Outdoor play still holds some of his favourite memories and he can’t wait to see what you come up with.
